I was planning for a 16+ long run, but felt very struggle at the middle. After SFM I did not really get enough rest and was hurrying back to the track, maybe that's why. I decided to back off since if it's not a QUALITY long run, it does not make too much sense.
From now to SRM is still 3 weeks. I am confident I have enough speed, but how I manage the pace and stick to the end is the challenge. I will need to focus on getting a quality long run on this weekend. Other runs are comparatively less important at this point.
