After the 'sth else', tried to pick up the workout again. Not so happy with the speed as 2:50 should be the speed I can do ~10 rounds (for Yasso 800), but happy about the truth my legs do not hurt, and I am mentally strong enough to complete the 6x800.

Pretty much done with the base building part and time for another training cycle.
