Ran 6 x 60+ second hill reps on long hill in development. Ran pretty well even though I didn't feel great. Neck was really tight at first (jaw too). Hope I'm not having some sort of heart issue. Things loosened up after that and I didn't have any issues. Felt pretty good on hill reps but quads felt just a little tight for some reason. Hope I'm OK and there's nothing going on. Think I just need to take care of myself better and get more rest and start focusing on the extras.
