1 mi w/u; 2x1600 @ 8:59-9:05 w/ 3min jogs between, 1 mi c/d.
Forgot to hit the lap button on my watch when after first repeat. First repeat was 9:10, second was ~9:20. Felt pretty good, windy (headwind most of the way), but not as hard as I thought it would be.
