Ran 12 miles in 1:29:50.76 (7:29.2 min./mi.) Today's plan, 12 miles @ 7:30 min./mi. Felt pretty good here the first five, but then it became a struggle and it felt like I was really working. Today's run makes me worry about my upcoming twenty-miler on Sunday where I will be trying to go sub 2:20:00; sure could not have done that today.
