Notes

Ran 12 miles in 1:33:35.49 (7:48.0 min./mi.) Today's plan, 12 miles @7:45 min./mi. After yesterday's hard Tempo run, it was really important that I kept this run slow and easy, more like a recovery effort. Legs were tight, especially the first four, but they didn't feel tired; with a LR tomorrow, this was just what I wanted to do today.
