Ran 16 miles in 1:59:02.91 (7:26.4 min./mi.) Today's plan, 12 miles @ 7:45 min./mi.

Stayed on pace the first six miles but just got bored with the slow pace. Opened it up a little bit the last ten and it felt really good. Certainly didn't plan on going that far or that fast, but when your rolling, you might as well just go with it; the only bad news is that the right Achilles started to develop some discomfort the last mile, but no biggie.
