Ran 16 miles 1:56:50.49 (7:18.2 min./mi.) Today's plan, 16 miles @ 7:15 min./mi. Felt decent today, but just didn't have the turnover I was looking for; still not a bad run. I'll probably back off a bit tomorrow.
15 straight days of running totaling 153.2 miles; pretty good start for 2014. In 2013 I ran 161 miles in January, I should surpass that tomorrow, and my PR of 212 miles in January in 2008 should easily go down as well before the month is out.
