Treadmill

Notes

Sick kidlet @ home so I missed TEAM Fitness today. 10 minute warmup then tried to do some sprint intervals on the treadmill. Did a couple 30 second sprints at 8 & 8.5 mph with about 90 seconds recovery. Then did a few 1 minute bursts of 7mph with 2 mins recovery. Incline at 2. Felt like puking after the 3 or 4th one so I stopped those. Did some walking and some side to side walking.
