Notes

First half was spent doing 3 rounds on Free Motion machines along with manual treadmill push, plank hold, and rower. 30 seconds at each station. Then off to the studio where we did a few rounds of holding lunge (very hard for me. Start with one knee on floor, other leg bent 90 degrees in front. Lift knee off floor one inch and hold for 30 seconds. Needless to say my knee was way more than 1 inch from the floor), shoulder taps for 1 minute, jump squats for 1 minute, push ups for 1 minute. Ended with 25 burpees.
