Notes

We started off some time on the treadmill. Slow jog @ incline 10, gradually increasing incline up to 15. About 10 minutes. Then a couple minutes of jogging at 0 incline. Then into the gym with a 25lb weight plate. Held plate with one arm while doing reverse & forward lunges. Then core swings. Push ups. Plank hold. Repeated that circuit a few times (3?) Then 2 rounds of sprinting on stairs, bosu explosive push ups, plank.
