Notes

Possibly worst class ever for me because I just felt so tired. Usual treadmill interval/incline horrors interspersed with drills like hopping on one foot (forward & backward) while holding 5lb weights in each hand, tug o'wars with partner, side shuffles with weights in hands. At the end we did some hard sprints. Still boggles my mind that at my sprint pace (I think my fastest was 8mph), some people are having easy runs, heh heh. And now I feel dead and think I shall take it very easy tomorrow.
