Warm up of 30m of jogging forwards & backwards, sled push (high & low), side shuffle, skipping

5 Rounds:

20 KB Swings 1.5/1pd (20#)

10 CTB Pull Ups (jumping)

5 Overhead Squats 115/85lb (35#)

I do not get low enough on overhead squats when holding a weight so trainer said try lower weight next time. My back seems to tighten up and I just can't get down lower. Also there is a mental block too: Part of me is afraid I won't be able to stand back up.
