Notes

Spent 1st half of time in studio doing bunny hops, plank holds and squat jumps. Then we moved on to circuit machines with add'l stations of burpees (!), plank hold, core swings, what I think are sumo squats with 40lb weight (for me, 50lb for others). Good workout after a week of laziness.
