Notes

Assessment day. I logged the timed run separately so am logging 45 minutes instead of the usual hour for the class. Before the run we had to max out on push ups and sit ups. I didn't realize what we were doing at first so I wasn't counting push ups; it wasn't many. 28 sit ups in one minute. After the 12 minute run we had to do 30 second manual treadmill sprints followed by 20 jump squats. Did that like 4 times. Then some core/ab stuff with the Swiss ball.
