RWHM w2d1. Woke up late (forgot to set alarm) so had to rush through this run to make it home before DH had to leave for work. I'm kind of surprised the faster pace didn't seem so terrible.

Also did w3d1 of 100 pushups. I think I may have to do this week 2x. My pushups weren't very good at all.
