Boot Camp

Notes

Started 2nd session of boot camp. REALLY like the 5:30am time. Did some cardio stuff (jumping jacks, stairs, step ups), 4 sets of 30 second wall sits, planks (straight arm and forearm), dumbbells (8lbs, bent over row, biceps, triceps, lunges), squats. Good to be working out again.
