Probably one of my best runs ever feeling-wise. Felt strong enough in the last mile to push a bit and managed to do it in 13:37, which is good for me. Very pleased that I could do 5 after doing 4 yesterday (which was slower than today's run). Right hip was starting to feel a tad tight but I tried to focus on keeping it loose and relaxed.
