Notes

Feeling a bit off today. Perhaps it is because it is today and I usually don't go to CF on Tuesday. Had sick kidlet at home yesterday so couldn't go.

Warm up:

500m row

lunges

30 good mornings with 15# bar with feet in various positions (regular, staggered, wide)

calf stretch

Workout

7 Rounds:

7 Overhead Squats 95/65lbs (15# bar. Tried putting 20# on it but couldn't handle it, alas)

7 Box Jump 24/20″ (16". Couldn't face doing box jumps today. Legs were feeling a bit shaky. Did step ups instead)

7 Clap Push-ups (On knees, no claps for moi, just tried to get a little jump into the push up)
