Notes

Started with cardio circuit: stairs, heavy rope, tricep dips/step ups, lateral shuffle; mountain climbers & stairs 2 at a time. Then strength 2 rounds of 20 reps of the following: spidermans (20 on each side), chest press with raised hips (10lb dumbbells), 1 legged bicep curls (10lb dumbbells, I struggled), windshield wipers (b/c it was raining), diamond push ups.
