Dynamic warm up & stretching.
Tried pull ups with green band. Much better than last time I tried but not good enough for today's workout.

50 Pull-ups (jumping)
50 Push-ups (knee)
50 Sit-ups
50 Air Squats

I'm sure many of the pull ups weren't good but I feel like I'm getting better with them.
Push ups, eh.
Sit ups seemed to take forever.
Squats were fairly easy.
Bit of stretching at the end.
