18F but sunny with little wind so not too bad. Wore capris over running pants yet butt still felt cold. Wore 2 buffs also. Long sleeve shirt, 1/2 zip pullover, and hot chocolate jacket. Left knee felt very good up until the end when it got slightly cranky, but so much better than it has been. A week ago I had a massage and I think she worked something out of my glute/piriformis because my knee has felt great since then. Right shoulder not 100% and not totally comfortable but was OK feeling for the most part. I was a little worried how I'd feel energy-wise because I haven't had any grains, legumes, or dairy for a week (paleo challenge). Pretty much felt like I normally felt but if I had gone longer who knows? Good run.
