Broke out the new lunar tempos and felt nice and smooth. I was lucky to have run into @tory & @maggie doing their strides so I had a great cheer squad for the first half :)!! Windy on the back half but felt strong which helped. My goal was to feel in control during the intervals and I was happy with how this first workout back felt. Don't really know what I'm training for yet but I want to keep my legs in shape.
