First half hour at 8:02 pace. The 5 minute pickup averaged 7:08.
I was feeling really good and strong so I kept picking it up. The average for ten minutes ended up being 6:36! I was feeling really good for once and wanted to take advantage of it, so I did an extra 5 minutes. It’s been a while since a workout has felt good.
Right calf has been tight though and is effecting my shin so I need to work it out.
