Goal pace was 3:50, so not the direction I wanted reps to go in. Wasn't quite in it mentally so I mostly just lost focus. Felt okay otherwise, and kinda settled into what was 'comfortable.' Happy to get myself out there though and the weather was so so warm and nice.
