Easy start and tried to keep it pretty comfortable through first half. Worked the uphills a little to keep the pace steady. Then the effort was steady on the way back with faster trunover on the downhills. Tried to go negative in the second half. Did stop for drink at GFM water out and back. Turnaround ~57 minutes.
