First six miles felt pretty good, and I held it fine at just under 10:00/mile. Mile 7 introduced self doubt, mile 8 was the first bit of walking, ile 9 had some more, and what was supposed to be a 10.5 mile run was cut short. I just didn't have it at the end, so I walked the half mile home.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with this one. Time to start knocking out some double digit runs very soon.
