Notes
With my Dad coming up to help work on the house this weekend, I wanted to get my long run in before he got into town so I didn't need to run this weekend. Smashed my thumb pretty good with a hammer last night, which kept me up past midnight (until Laura drilled a hole in the nail). Finally fell asleep, but I knew that I needed more than four hours of sleep - so I slept in a bit, and only had time to do 26mi... I need to get some longer runs in! Voyageur will be a good start, but I could really use one or two more 5-6 hour runs.
Anyways, this run went fine. Kept the effort pretty consistent, and it was actually pretty easy. Four gels and +/-30oz water.
