Was harder then I thought it would be. Was able to find the 9:50ish pace fairly easy and settle into it. That is a good cruising speed for me. By the end of the 3rd mlle i was starting to feel it a bit, but it was a tough tired push like my 1/2 tempo pace is. Mileage progressively got faster during run - which is typical for me. Need to make sure to hold steady longer, i don' t mind having negative splits but I need to hold the first half in steady so not to wear out too quickly - held first 3 miles close to or above pace and final 1.5 below pace
