Still fighting this cold, but felt OKish during the run at least. The plan was 6mi @ MP, but I still felt pretty good later in the run, so I decided to push it to 40min. Kept the incline set to at least 1% throughout w/ 2min of 1.5% every 5min with the exception of a couple 1min, 2% during the final 5min.
