First time running in Asics. All fine. Took at least 20s per mile off. Probably combo between lower temperature and new shoes. Will keep working on strength and stretching to lower time. So far I am pleased. Bayside Runner recorded gait on treadmill, measured feet and determined arch type. Will definitely go there for shoes and any other running supplies from now on.
