Warmed up with a mile run to the Redwood MS track. Then did 5x600m repeats w/ 90-95 sec jog intervals. I hit the intervals in the 2:17-2:20 range, which equates to a 5k pace of around 6:16-6:17. Did these pretty easily even after feeling really tired. Finished up with another 4 miles at around 7:25-7:40/mi. 20 days until Maui.
