Tried 4 miles @ HMP but could only run 2 miles at that pace..rested for 1 mile and then ran 4 miles @ MP; so 6'40m/m feels pretty decent...not very happy with my current fitness, but I'm sure the DEW POINT affects it by 10-15 sec/mile; going to start trying to do at least 2 Threshold runs per week and Sunday being a Fast Finish or Steady/Hard pace throughout...
