Up tempo the last 2 miles to push it while I was tired and to remain focused..pretty boring 16 miler doing a ton of loops on the Shoreline Trail.

Some pain on my lower right leg (tibial); I had this about 2 weeks ago in NC..took the next day off and it was fine...I don't want to take the next day off this time...keep monitoring it...
