29.5 degrees, 84% humidity - always more humid in the morning, and it makes running much harder. Did the normal morning loop to the end of Aldrich Bay promenade and back to Quarry Bay Park. Got to 5km, then had to stop, then stopped again after another 1.5km. Really hard going again.
