Notes

Bakken type intervals - 30secs on and 30secs rest. First 5 @16.3kmh (easy), next 5 @16.6kmh (still quite easy), next 2 @17kmh (still not bad). Supposed to be done straight after the tempo effort but I took a 10min break to dry off. More like strides than intervals.
