Easy 14km with some pickups. First 35mins @12kmh with 2mins @17kmh every 10mins, ended with 30secs @17kmh and 30secs @19kmh. Then 6.4km @12kmh.
Calves very sore, didn't feel good on the first session and not much better on the second. Need to warm these up next time or use more supportive shoes.
Weight was good; only 170lbs (after a steam bath).
