Nice starting place near the front. Quite a casual start, around 4mins 4secs for the first 1km, then same again for 2nd km and reached 3km in 12mins 24secs (uphill 3rd km). Caught JoeJoe around 4km and ran the rest of the race with her. Good pace for last 6km, under 4mins/km. Not a full out effort, had a bit left all the way around.
