Supersets of 200m @19kmh, 800m @17kmh and 1.6km @16kmh. 3 mins break after each run. Did 2 sets, which was very hard. Then did 200m @19kmh and 600m @16kmh, and that was enough for me. Thought I could do more, but it takes a special day to finish all 3 supersets.
