21 degrees 91% humidity, not the best for a long run. Tried to keep the pace easy but was doing over 13kmh, which is ok. Ran 3 laps and a bit, then had a toilet and AMS gel break. ANS gel is ok, gave me a decent boost. But seemed to wear off quickly, but was really probably 5-6km after taking, which is ok. Then another 50mins of running and another break. Took a Gu this time - no noticeable impact. Then finished off the last 20mins or so of running, had a 25secs water break in the middle.
Not a bad run. Tired at the end. But I think with carb loading, rest, taking gels/salt and colder weather I should be ok.
