AVOHK lap on another hot and sunny day. Running ok to the end of the trail in 29mins 37secs. Heartrate averaging 140 and peaked at over 150 (HRM said 163 but this seems high). Slowed down on the catchwater to a jog and walked the shortcut hill. Heartrate was still averaging 137 on the second part after the trail. Not a fun day.
