Notes

Ran pretty well. Took some iron and beet root the day before, no idea if it made any difference, probably not much. Quite tired at the top of the first hill, which is around 1min 40secs into the race, and never really recovered after that. Lost a few people on the trail and walked the final steps. Ran as hard as I could after that and passed a few people coming upp to the end of the last hill and on the downhill. Quicker than last year, slower than two years ago, but certainly getting fitter.
