Notes

Very good interval session - 8x800m @16kmh with 2mins recovery. Felt hard after a couple of reps but pushed on and managed the effort. Kept the recovery to 2mins, which was about right. Just the right volume - on the verge of not being able to complete but pushed through the last 3 reps.
