Not very fast, but ran up all the hills and covered a fair distance. From Happy Valley to Bowen Road (9mins 27secs, easy going) along Tai Hang Road and back, to HKCC (7mins 1sec) and back (talking to DeVere on the way down wasted a few minutes. Out and back on Bowen Road (18mins 46secs, 18mins 11secs). Up to HKCC (7mins 9secs), down and along to the top of Blue Pool Road.
