24 degrees and 88% humidity - not easy. Planned on a long day but just ran easy around Happy Valley. 5 laps in around 33mins, then a gel/water break. Then 1km in 4mins 14secs. Then met up with Chris Wharton and ran/chatted at an even pace for quite a few laps - say 7, we didn't count or time it. Got back to HKFC at around 8:35pm, so probably 1hr 25mins of running. Seems about right based on an easy pace and distance of 17.8km.
