Tried 4x5mins @16kmh with 2mins recovery. It felt hard from the first rep and I thought 2 would be enough. The 3rd was very hard and then I thought 1min on/1min off to get to 20mins. But managed 2mins 30secs, took a 1min recovery and did the last 2mins 30secs. The last minute of the reps was very hard, and for the last 2 short reps it was hard after only 1min. Tough going, but will try again.
Got to be a 10 for effort if I couldn't finish the workout.
