Shoes felt really nice, but this was the warmest day I've run in for a long time, very uncomfortable despite the slow pace. Lap times of 15mins 36secs, 15mins 22 secs and 15mins 18secs with a break of 1min 25secs for water. Then a 23sec rest and did the last 400m in 1min 51secs. And that was enough today.
