Planned 18km and did it. Easy enough pace all the way through, though still getting tireder towards the end. Shoes were ok, bit heavy and clunky after a while. Lap times were: 19mins 31secs, 18mins 51secs, 18mins 58secs and 19mins 00secs with no breaks except a short drink break at 8km and 16km. Then 2km in 9mins 48secs and 400m in 1min 48secs. Pretty good effort overall.
