Notes

Bakken workout, and hard as usual. These seem to be pitched right on the limit of what I can do. This was 48mins of 13.8kmh for 4mins and 16.3kmh for 4mins. Did 35mins and then came back to finish it off; not sure if I could have done the full 48mins without a break.
