Notes

Effort was 9, but not a tough 9, more like 8.5. Did 3x1k @16.9kmh with 2mins break, which is supposed to be my VDOT level. Thought I would go on to 4, and then pushed through 5 and 6. Last 3 were @17kmh and felt hard but not killing me. Very good workout, better than expected.
